Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Shipping costs & delivery

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Some products ship from international suppliers, so delivery can take longer — we always show honest estimates, and you'll receive tracking where available.

Payment methods

We accept major debit and credit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your card details are encrypted and never stored by us.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email confirmation and, once shipped, tracking information.

Import & customs

For shipments from outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
