Refund Policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU and Romanian consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The deadline is met if you send your cancellation before the 14 days end.

2. How to cancel / return

Email [support@tonecleft.com] with your order number to start a return. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original condition/packaging where possible.

3. Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. No fees.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless an item is faulty or wrong, you pay the cost of returning the goods.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods (e.g. personalised/made-to-order items, sealed hygiene products once opened, perishable goods), as permitted by law.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us — we cover the return and will repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights.
