30-day returns

Not happy with your order? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email [support@tonecleft.com] with your order number and we'll send you simple return instructions right away.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof of return), we refund the full item price to your original payment method via Shopify Payments, typically within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us — we cover the return shipping and will replace it or refund you in full.

Exceptions

Personalized/made-to-order items and opened hygiene products may not be returnable unless faulty.
