These Terms of Service govern your use of this online store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & contract

A purchase contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock, suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay; any shipping cost is shown before you confirm payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your confirmation. Some items are shipped from international suppliers, so delivery can take longer; we always state honest estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise it.

7. Conformity & warranty

Products must conform to the contract and to your statutory rights under Romanian and EU consumer law. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
